Account Managers & Senior Account Managers
The responsibilities for these roles are:
· Responsible for managing business development objectives within key clients and verticals. Responsible for rapid business expansion within the one or more domains
· Demonstrated ability to perform technical program and project management of geographically disbursed teams using established criteria and professional standards. Work with architecture teams to deliver full life cycle technical solutions. Must be able to manage teams of consultants in addition to international projects.
· Will need to work with Solutions and Domain Leaders to achieve customer goals
· Ability to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal planes in the client organizations. Able to multitask with rapidly changing priorities and manage tasks in a dynamic environment; detail-oriented and manage all facets of complex assignments; Must demonstrates flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries and technical and non-technical audiences.
· Should be able to leverage prior experience to bring 'higher value' solution offerings. Must be a big picture thinker and bring a successful track record with building comfortable relationships based on trust and respect. Must know how to build, manage, mentor, and reward teams in addition to set, deliver revenue/profit targets.
· Good understanding of commercials viz. revenue, P&L, accounting parameters (DSO, reserves etc.)
